Gulf Building LLC is pleased to announce that it has broken ground on Phase I of the Heron Estates Housing Development.
Heron Estates is being developed through a public private partnership between the Riviera Beach Housing Authority and the Housing Trust Group. It is located on a 6.5-acre site at 17th Court and North Congress Avenue in Riviera Beach, Florida.
Phase I will consist of construction of a three-story building that includes 101 affordable housing units for seniors, a community room, a swimming pool, parking lots and other site related improvements. The project broke ground on May 1, 2018 and will have a 14-month construction duration.
