Gulf Building is adding amenities and a guard house to 151 Biscayne, a residential community in North Miami, Florida. The construction management firm is adding a community pool with terrace, fitness center, common events room, management office and tennis courts. The firm is also building a 200-square-foot guard station that controls entry and exit gates, and has communications and closed-circuit TV systems.
