The project includes improvements to the existing Cloverleaf Park located at 303 NW 191 Street in Miami Gardens and includes construction of a new 1,500 SF signature recreation building with community room, installation of new playground and shade structures, construction of a new basketball court, fencing, parking lot improvements, lighting, landscaping and irrigation, and installation of a video surveillance system and Public WIFI.
