KC Cross is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 35 years of experience launching and managing successful ventures in healthcare, medical billing, staffing, insurance, and real estate development. KC currently owns a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties across the Southeast. As Executive Vice President of Gulf Building, KC leads a team of financial and real estate professionals dedicated to developing and investing in commercial, multi-family, and custom residential properties. His vision and leadership continue to drive the firm’s growth and reputation for excellence.
KC earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Maryville College and his MBA from Lynn University. KC supports numerous local charities through his Cross Family Foundation.
