Gulf Building was selected as the Owner’s Representative for the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino project located in Tampa, Florida. Gulf Building’s responsibility included supervising the developer, contractor, complete plan review for code compliance, as well as issuing all permits as agent for the Owner’s Building Department. Gulf also scheduled and reviewed all inspections for the facility for life safety and Certificate of Occupancy compliance.
