After completing Cloverleaf Park for the City of Miami Gardens in May, Gulf Building LLC has been selected for the construction of Bennett M. Lifter Park, located at 20701 NW 22nd Ave.
The Cloverleaf Park project at 303 NW 191st St., included the design and construction of a recreation building featuring a community room, offices, and restrooms. Gulf also made 1.5 acres of site improvements that added a basketball court, playground with shade structures, site fencing, landscaping, irrigation, and renovation of an existing parking lot.
The Bennett M. Lifter Park Community Center and Park Improvements project will include construction of a 2,300-square-foot center, basketball court and a pavilion. Gulf will deliver new landscaping, and new parking conveniently adjacent to the to the front entry of the building. The park will be closed during construction, which is scheduled to be completed next July.
