New Senior Center

New construction of a single story, 31,125 SF Senior Center that includes a multi-purpose room that functions as a dining area as well as an open space for social gatherings. Additional indoor spaces include a gym, aerobics, massage room, arts and crafts, theater, computer and reading area, locker rooms with showers and sauna, and administrative areas. Outdoor spaces include an exterior swimming pool, walking trails, landscaping, a pond, and ample parking. The Center will serve as a storm shelter during major storm events and a community shelter before and after storm events.

Coconut Creek Casino

Gulf Building completed the Seminole Coconut Creek Casino Expansion project for the Seminole Tribe of Florida. This project was completed in several stages while the Casino was open to the public. Gulf worked closely with The Seminole Tribe of Florida to deliver a quality project. The scope included 36,000 SF of new construction including retail space and restaurant facilities. Due to unavailability of the existing building’s plans, Gulf Building opted to begin construction around the existing occupied building while Engineers determined the designs for building connections.

New work included: interior demolition, framing, drywall, HVAC system, electrical system, fire alarm system, plumbing, flooring, and painting. New areas included: Lobby, Daycare Room, Spin Area, Strength Area, Yoga Area, Office, and Bathrooms.

Tenant improvement which converted a former nail salon into a new hair color salon for ColorOnly. Work included: demolition, framing, drywall, painting, electric, plumbing, HVAC, acoustical ceilings, and flooring.

Gulf was selected by Aldi US to remodel seven grocery stores throughout Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties. The remodeling work included cosmetic and partial mechanical upgrades. The stores, which were located in Boca Raton, Cutler Bay, Delray Beach, Lauderdale Lakes, Palmetto Bay, Palm Springs and Fort Lauderdale, remained open during construction.

Jacksons Bar and Grill Portside Yachting Center was a tenant improvement of a 7,200 SF space that was originally used as an office and restaurant. We worked in partnership with the owner’s interior designer to meet the owner’s schedule and design intent.
