The Medical & Behavioral Center includes a 16,348 SF Medical Clinic Building attached to a 3,057 SF Behavioral Health Building connected by an enclosed corridor. The medical building is a multipurpose treatment facility including medical care, dentistry, physical therapy, meeting space, Culinary teaching kitchen and pharmacy. The Public Safety Facility is a 21,504 SF, single-story facility comprised of a Fire, Police Station and Emergency Operation Center with watch room, bunk rooms, offices, exercise room, kitchen/dining, bunker gear, 3-bay apparatus space and building support spaces.

New Medical Clinic Building

Construction of a new 2-story, 40,000 sf Medical Clinic Building. Construction elements include but not limited to tilt-up concrete walls, steel floor, beams roof joist with concrete floors and roof slabs, plumbing, fire protection systems, HVAC systems and associated site improvements. The medical facility shall include a dialysis unit, dental clinic, pharmacy, medical adult and pediatric clinics and behavioral health offices, physical therapy and home economics room. The medical clinic will also include the necessary administrative and support spaces.
The site will include parking, drainage and landscaping as designed for the project, including a Pharmacy drop-off window and a location for a mobile MRI Trailer.

VA MRI Clinic & Grounds Shop

Design-Build contract for the construction of a new MRI Clinic and Grounds Shop Building at the VA Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL. This project replaced the existing MRI facilities located in mobile and trailer units at the Medical Campus. The Grounds Shop Building serves as the Maintenance and Facility Management Offices and Storage. The new MRI Clinic is located underneath an existing parking garage and is connected to the Main Hospital Building. Work was performed in an active and fully functional Medical Campus with zero impact on existing facilities and operations.

VA Lake City Pharmacy—Corrections to IV Room 6C

VAMC Pharmacy & Telemetry

This project required our Design-Build services to redesign room #5A-104 to accommodate pharmacy and telemetry services. The renovated space provides USP 800 compliant modular compounding, ante, storage and chemo rooms for pharmacy services and an adjacent space for telemetry services.

Westside Medical Park

Gulf Building performed this project as the Design-Builder for Columbia HVC of Florida. Located in Plantation, FL, the project was surrounded by active neighborhoods, including the Westside Regional Medical Center Campus and the Broward Mall. This 68,000 SF project included complete planning, design and construction and all associated interior build-outs for the various tenants of the medical park.
