										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Concourse A and Terminal Improvements project at Key West International Airport consists of new construction of a 48,202 SF open, modern, and efficient concourse building including spaces for gates/ holdrooms, circulation, restrooms, and support areas which will be accessed from the main terminal by an extended pedestrian bridge. Below the new concourse, there will be additional new baggage make up area and device, airline ramp spaces, and ramp equipment storage areas. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Design-build contract for new construction of a 4-story, 474-space parking garage and a 3-story, 75,000 square foot operation center that included approximately 70,000 square feet of offices, a 3,200 square foot customer service and dispatch center, and a 150-seat board chambers. The project included CCTV, card access and fire alarm systems.</p>
<p>The Tri-Rail Pompano Beach Station Improvements portion of the Project included the demolition of the existing platform and the construction of a new 23,000 SF state-of-the-art station.&nbsp; The new station included solar power, LED lighting, new bicycle lockers, dedicated alternative fuel-source parking, electric vehicle charging stations, and a crossover bridge. The existing station remained in operation throughout construction. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Modernization of MDT’s existing Metrorail Control Center (MRCC) to provide improved operations and maintenance of Metrorail facilities and systems and to improve response times to critical safety and security events. This project included the development of existing office space to accommodate the modernization of the existing Central Control facility and systems, including the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors, power distribution units, multiple server units/ banks, uninterruptible power supplies, electrical systems, and existing systems hardware and software. All work was done while the Stephen P.
